We stand behind our products and believe in our customer satisfaction, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Magic Scent we are here to help.
- ONLINE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns with full refund or exchanges.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund(shipping charges not included) or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Customer can return a product within 30 calendar days of date of purchase, or the date you receive the product, whichever is later for a refund.
We accept returns ONLY by mail as we strongly recommend the use of shipping carrier who is able to provide insurance and tracking number.
The Magic Scent will NOT be responsible for any lost in transit of your package.
Diffusers – Customer may return any diffuser for any reason whatsoever within 30 days from date of purchase, or the date the diffuser is received, whichever is later, for a refund. The diffuser must be in a “like-new” condition and must be in the original packaging. ‘Like-new” condition means you should NOT use the system for a certain time and then decide to return it. If for some reason you do not keep the original packing with all spare parts included, then we will issue a refund and will hold 15% restocking fee from the retail price of the diffuser.
Scent oils – Customer may return any of our oils for any reason whatsoever within 30 days from the date of purchase, or the date you receive the scent oil, whichever is later, for a refund, as long as the bottle is sealed and unopened.
Diffusers- Customer may exchange any diffuser ONLY for an upgrade for bigger diffuser within 30 days from the date of purchase, or the date diffuser is received, whichever is later. For all exchanges you will be charged 15 % restocking fee from the retail price of the current diffuser you have purchased with us.
Scent oils – Customer may exchange any of our oils for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the oil, whichever is later, for an exchange for another The Magic Scent oil of equal or lesser value as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Unfortunately, once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened, the sale is final.

You must include a copy of your proof of purchase as: invoice, receipt or credit card used for that purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The Magic Scent does not have any say on your bank’s policies.
- ONE YEAR WARRANTY
The Magic Scent provides 1 year warranty on all technologies which are sold in our online store at www.themagicscent.com. If the technology you bought from our online store has a manufacturing defect in its plastic materials, electronics or workmanship, we will replace it at any time within 1 year from your purchase date. The warranty will take place ONLY if ANY technology has been used with our essential oils sold by our online store at www.themagicscent.com
- ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed with The Magic Scent, you must contact customer service by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (305.760.9835).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, and the date when the order was placed. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
- MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDER
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any shipping charges if applicable.
- OUT OF STOCK POLICY
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again or to change the item for another one. Most out of stock items are in stock again within 1-3 weeks. We will do our best to inform you when your item will be back in stock when we contact you about the out of stock notification.
- SHIPPING POLICIES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Time — Most orders will ship 3-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, except by prior arrangement.
We only ships to the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. protectorates). If you’d like to ship outside the continental U.S., please contact us at email@example.com for special arrangements.
- ACCEPTED PAYMENT POLICY
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal.
Please be sure that the provided information for your billing address, shipping address, telephone number and etc. is correct. Any incorrect information will cause delay in processing your order.
If you pay by credit card you will be billed at the time of your order. Once your credit card is billed we will start processing the order. But if for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order the charges will be reversed immediately to your bank account.
If for any reason your bank declines your charge, this may cause delay of your order. The Magic Scent does not have any say on your bank’s policies.
- ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
- PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscriber to a newsletter or enter information on our site.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.
We may use the information collected from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature;
- To quickly process your transactions
- To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services;
We use an AUTHORIZE.NET e-commerce platform, a payment provider, to securely collect your credit card information for online transactions. The Magic Scent Miami Inc. does not store, process or transmit your credit card information (or other payment data) from these online transactions.
We do not use “cookies” for tracking purposes.
Where appropriate, we use standard encryption technology (HTTPS) to safely transfer data and to prevent third parties from accessing visitor information.
THE MAGIC SCENT will not sell or share your email address or contact information with other organizations or businesses.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can make it by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

- SALES TAXES
THE MAGIC SCENT has to collect and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders within the same state where the company is registered. For any other orders made from and shipped to other states than Florida, you as a purchaser are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes if applicable.
- TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS POLICY
In the event that any products are listed at an incorrect price due to either a display error or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or an item that was priced incorrectly, or has no price yet, THE MAGIC SCENT has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed or conveyed at the incorrect price. THE MAGIC SCENT has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, THE MAGIC SCENT will issue a credit to your credit card account or refund to your PayPal account in the amount of your original charge.
- OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether THE MAGIC SCENT agrees to them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
